Progress position of Issues
1. Publication
of Seniority List of CM & Promotion from CM to JWM of the year 2013-14:
It is informed by the task force
committee that 50% of the factories send their data to task force committee
however approx 50% of the factories were repeatedly ask to forward the data
within week, further the Chairman also asked to Member/Per to make a telephonic
dialog with those factories who had not send the data till date accordingly the
Member/Per also make telephonic discussions with the factories who has not send
the data. In continuation of the above a letter which was written by Chairman of
task force committee to the Secretary-OFB is enclosed herewith for the
requirements of the committee for finalization of seniority of CM(T&NT).
In view of the above it is once again
requested all branches (under OFB) to sent their data as per the guide lines
given in the above letter written by Chairman of task force committee to the
Secretary-OFB. This is also for those factories who have send their data
already to the task force committee, for insuring the complete compliance/requirement
of task force committee.
2. Cadre
Review of Chargeman and JWMs :
OFB has already send the proposal to create a post of JWM(SG) in
the G.P. Rs 5400 (PB-2).
In continuation of the above the OFB
send an another new proposal for JWM to the MoD for approval as under
1. To create a post of JWM(SG-2) in the G.P. Rs
5400 (PB-2) for 2730 post (approx)
2. To Create a post of JWM(SG-1) in the G.P. Rs
5400 (PB-3) for 1000 post (approx)
Apart from the
above it is further intimated that 165 (approx) post of JWM has to be
surrendered in acceptance of above proposal.
3. SRO of CM-T/NT & JWM-T/NT :
SRO of Chargeman-T&NT is under
discussion and awaiting for amicable settlement, however the SRO for JWM-T/NT, has
already send.
4.
Promotion from JWM to AWM
183 resultant post of
AWM to be filled by JWM promotion has been forwarded for DPC to the ministry
has come back to OFB with some observations, to be clearified.
5. Proposal for 7th
CPC
A complete Questionnaire prepared for Branches for submitting their views/proposals to
CE , on various core issues to be represented to the 7th Pay Commission for circulation the
same amongst their members to discuss in their GB meeting, and give feedback to
the CEHQ accordingly within reasonable time latest by 1st week of
January -2014 . The Branches may also send the proposal in a combined way from
respective Zones The CE shall receive the proposals from the branches/Zones
only. The Questionnaire is enclosed herewith as ANNEXURE.
Kindly refer
the Questionnaire already send to the branches & send their proposal and
observations seriously well within the time.
All the members are requested to go through the points mentioned above and do
appropriate action in the interest and better future of our cadre.
