CAT Mumbai Bench has issued an order vide letter no. 

CAT/MUM/JUDL/OA2170/13/750 dt 03/02/2014 to The 

General Manager Ordnance Factory Chanda to consider the

 representation of Secretary AIANGO O. F. Chanda Branch 

for stopping the Detainment of the members of the

 Association from escorting of the explosive vans/general 

service vehicles, in accordance with law and pass .

a reasoned and speaking order, after giving an opportunity 

to the secretary of the Association, within six weeks from 

the date of receipt of this order.

The same has been submitted to the General Manager vide 

our letter no. OFCH/NGO/MISC/083 dated 17/02/2014.
